Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Manager with a medical background to ensure efficient operations and excellent patient service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily contact center operations.
  • Improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
Monitor call center metrics and ensure high performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and train contact center agents.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient inquiries.
  • Maintain and optimize contact center software.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Manage the contact center budget.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • years of contact center management experience, preferably in the medical field.
Knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in contact center software and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,
  • 00 - AED15,000.00 per month
