Summary:

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content across various platforms to attract and retain the organization's target audience. You will play a crucial role in developing content strategies, creating compelling written and visual content, and optimizing content for search engines and social media channels. Your creativity and storytelling skills will contribute to enhancing the organization's brand presence and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage and update social media with engaging content, incorporating trends into strategies.
  • Optimize content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and stay updated on SEO best practices.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute content plans, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies.
  • Design visual elements to complement written content, using graphic design tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback to refine content.
  • Maintain brand messaging and visual consistency across all content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies and campaigns.
  • C1/C2 English Proficiency
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for different audiences and platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, Audacity).
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and content innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all content assets.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
