Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Presenter to join our team and elevate our digital presence. As a Content Presenter at ICONS Business Setup LLC, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our services. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in driving our content marketing efforts and supporting the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality video content, blogs, social media posts, and other multimedia formats that effectively communicate our services and expertise to potential clients.
• Host Podcasts (Optional): If you have the ability to host podcasts, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and presenting engaging discussions around business setup in the UAE and relevant industry trends.
• Collaborate on Content Strategy: Work alongside our marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and implement content strategies that align with our brand voice and business objectives.
• Stay on Top of Trends: Research industry trends, competitor content strategies, and social media best practices to keep our content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
• Optimize for Performance: Use SEO techniques and analytics tools to optimize content for maximum engagement, reach, and conversion.
• Monitor and Engage: Track performance metrics, engage with our online community, and adjust content strategies based on audience feedback and data insights.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 2+ years in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, with a portfolio of successful work (e.g., videos, social media campaigns, blogs, etc.).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with content creation tools like Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, CMS, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and optimization techniques for content visibility.
• Creativity & Trend Awareness: Ability to create fresh, trend-driven content that resonates with our target audience.
• Podcast Hosting (Optional): Experience or interest in hosting podcasts is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives to be discussed during the interview process.
• Paid Leave: Annual paid leave as per UAE labor laws.
