We're seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic events team in Dubai. As a key player in our agency, you'll create engaging content across multiple channels to bring our events to life, inspire audiences, and elevate our brand presence. Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Generate innovative, high-quality content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising to capture the essence of each event and drive audience engagement.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, maintain a content calendar, and post regularly on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Visual Content Creation: Capture and edit photos and videos on-site at events, create reels, stories, and video snippets that resonate with target audiences.
- Copywriting: Write compelling copy for event promotion, blog posts, social media captions, press releases, and other digital channels.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor engagement and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner, building a strong online community around our events.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze content performance using social media insights and analytics tools, refining strategies to maximize impact and engagement.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date on social media and industry trends to ensure content is relevant, fresh, and impactful.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, ideally within the events or entertainment industry.
- Strong visual and creative skills with proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in photography and videography (shooting and editing) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
