Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating engaging and high-quality content for both Pastiche Designs and Oak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content that resonates with our target audience, enhances our brand presence, and drives engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand identity and marketing goals of both Pastiche Designs and Oak.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Write engaging blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other forms of written content.
• Produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize and improve engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content creation.
• Manage and update content to ensure it is current and reflective of our brand's voice and offerings.
• Coordinate to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
