Main Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and create original, engaging short-form video content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).

- Stay updated on the latest trends, challenges, and moments in social media to produce timely and relevant content.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign goals and messaging into visual stories.

- Execute full video production, including filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects, ensuring high-quality content.

- Experiment with different video styles and formats to keep content fresh and appealing to diverse audiences.

- Engage with followers, monitor comments, and identify trends to foster a sense of community and drive meaningful interactions.

- Analyze content performance, derive insights, and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and growth.

- Write compelling content in both English and Arabic for social media posts, videos, and marketing materials.

- Participate in and document the activities and experiences offered by SightScape.

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)

- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create viral content.

- Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content.

- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices

- Strong visual storytelling skills, with attention to detail and the ability to capture attention quickly

- Ability to participate in and document all the activities offered by SightScape

- Outgoing, social personality with excellent communication skills

- Fun to be around and able to create a positive vibe

- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
