Job Purpose
The Content Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing while keeping up to date with fashion, color trends & consumer preferences.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, fashion, marketing, communications, or similar.
- Good knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Adobe InCopy and InDesign.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite & CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Arabic.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar field.
- Experience in various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance testing for new/updated CMS templates, digital components, and content management system and supporting technologies.
- Use expertise with style guides and language syntax to fix inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and design ensuring that the content is 100% factually correct, not plagiarized, has no grammatical or stylistic errors, has a natural, logical flow, engaging and easy to read.
- Ensure that the content & tone of voice remains consistent across all assets and is in line with brand identity/ brand as well as providing corrective feedback to writers and editors when necessary.
- Provide quality assurance for optimal customer experience by ensuring that page content meet standards for content.
- Create content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, CRM campaigns as well as proofreading and editing content before publishing.
- Focus on both the details and the big picturefixing the smallest of errors that have been overlooked while respecting the overall theme and intent of the content.
- Constant review & optimization of content throughout pages of all MAGRABi platforms.
- Display and functionality by validating all page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts.
- Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
