Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Create and manage a content calendar.
- Assign content creation tasks to team members.
- Edit and proofread all content before it is published.
- Ensure that all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for social media.
- Track and analyze content performance.
- Report on content performance to management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
- Motivate and inspire the team to produce high-quality work.
- Works closely with the SEO department, Account Managers, performance department, and Art Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content management, preferably in Saudi market.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and content best practices.
