Job Description

Job Title: Contract Administrator

  • Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Government (UAE) Portals Contracts Administrator to manage and oversee all activities related to government portals for tenders. The ideal candidate will have experience in navigating various government tender platforms, ensuring timely submission of tenders, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Government Portal Management:
Monitor and manage multiple government portals for tender opportunities.
  • Register the company on new government portals and maintain existing profiles.
Regularly update and maintain company documents and information on portals
  • Tender Management:
Identify and assess tender opportunities relevant to the company's business.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met.
Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
  • Ensure all tenders are submitted accurately and within the specified deadlines.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all tender submissions comply with government regulations and requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all tender submissions, contracts, and related documentation.
Keep up-to-date with changes in government regulations and tender procedures.
  • Communication & Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for government tender inquiries and communications.
  • Coordinate with government officials and company stakeholders to address any queries or issues related to tenders.
Provide regular updates to management on tender status, outcomes, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling government portals and tenders in UAE
Strong understanding of government tender processes and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and submissions.
  • Proficiency in using government portals and related software.
* Fluency in English and Arabic is required. (Reading & Writing)
