JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement of management policies and procedures
- Implement of management initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of contracts and to ensure that they follow best practices.
- Choose the proper form of the contract, prepare the terms and conditions, and ensure that they adequately protect the interests of the company.
- Assist in the analysis of the potential risks involved in the terms of the contract.
- Processing of contractors contracts, purchase orders, and all contractor contractual matters.
- Preparation of sales and procurement contracts.
- Visit the site at intervals during the construction phase to generally identify the progress and quality of the work and to determine whether the work is generally conducted in accordance with the contract documents.
- Control of the contractor or supplier's performance under all terms and conditions of the contract.
- Audit and entry of contractor and supplier contract data.
- Commit to the timely completion and delivery of work and to the preparation of reports in the event of any obstacles or risks.
- Preparation of offers and contractual agreements.
- Preparation of warnings and urgent letters in cases of non-compliance by contractors with the terms or breach of contract.
- Preparation of periodic reports on departmental activity.
- Provide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other functions assigned to him or her within his or her competence.
