Job Description
Prepare, Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
Review and update existing contracts
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
Appraise Contractual Documents, Allocate Potential Risks, Provide Legal/Contractual Countermeasures during the Tender Stage,
Manage the Contract Administrations works, including regular Sites Visit,
Track the Contract`s Detailed Anticipated Final Forecast Values, through Variation Orders, Site Instructions, Claims and Contractual Charges,
Ability to work with a team at all levels of the organization to develop Major Claims,
Perform Delay Analysis with the planners,
Ensure that terms, conditions and pricing, are accurately executed and satisfied in Agreements,
Report status of current Contract Processes to Contract Director.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor degree of civil engineering is a must.
Experience in similar role preferably with a recognized real estate companies.
Very good command of both written and spoken English
Certificate in Contract Professional is a plus
Exposure to commercial type of construction projects.
Contractor billing and rate analysis
Tender preparation
Expert mathematical skills
