We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our client's team and oversee the legal and contractual aspects of their events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks and liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from initiation to completion.
- Resolve contract-related disputes and claims.
