Contract Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of MA facilities.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to maintain the functionality and condition of HVAC. You will perform preventative maintenance, conduct repairs, and address any HVAC related issues that may arise. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and a commitment to providing excellent service. The scope mange all the HVAC maintenance service contractors including contracts scoping, mobilization, supervision, performance control, EHS compliance, punctuality, cost optimization, cost charging and invoicing etc.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, such as chillers, centralized, and rooftop units.
• Experience with HVAC control systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and building automation systems (BAS).
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes, such as ASHRAE and local building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices.

General Requirements:

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.

Years of Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC or related field.

English Level

English Level: advanced with Excellent communication

Technical Qualification

Certified in any Safety & Maintenance body.
