Job Description

Ensure the fulfilment of PPP Contracts obligations and NWC Contractual obligations towards PPP Contractors Report any failure or non-compliance by the PPP Contractors to any of its obligations

Prepare and ensure communication of administrative documents (notices, instructions, orders, certificates, approvals...) to PPP Contractors

Review KPIs performance reports submitted by the PPP and MOM Contractors Review KPIs performance assessment reports submitted by the Independent Auditors

Review the monthly, quarterly and annual reports submitted by the PPP Contractors

Provide reports and Data analysis to PPP Cluster GM

Review and follow up invoices submitted by PPP Contractors and ensure NWC payments obligations under the PPP Contracts

Review and follow up invoices submitted by the Independent Auditors

Review and follow up invoices submitted by SWPC related to On-sales Agreements

Process and follow up any request raised by the PPP Contractors to the Cluster Sr. GM

Ensure the fulfillment of all administrative contractual obligations of both NWC and PPP Contractors

Facilitate processing of various request, expedite answers to any needs and queries and advice on contractual matters

Ensure communication with stakeholders (PPP Contractors, NWC Cluster, NWC HQ and SWPC) for better business coordination
