Job Role: The Contracts Manager will be responsible for B2B acquisition, corporate projects legal administration, compliance control, and third-party contract support across all regions where Marina Home operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish new business contacts for promoting the company's successful range of merchandise
- Strategizes and schedules client appointments and meetings in order to meet specific sales goals
- Provides accurate and timely quotes to clients, respond and prepare for required tender process
- Collaborates with the procurement & supply chain department to coordinate client project delivery
- Develop an understanding of Marina Home's product category to integrate with client's needs
- Manage new and existing Contracts of projects
- Manage outside counsels and act as a key negotiator for strategic transactions
- Review incoming requests for tenders
- Review new account agreements, existing contract amendments, consulting agreements, special licensing, and non-disclosure agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues;
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
- Maintain a deep understanding of contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on various matters to ensure alignment with the company's goals and industry guidelines
- Maintaining, updating and improving contractual records
- Prepare contracts for internal review and approval, as well as ensure compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations
- Interpret contracts and advise Board of Directors and Department Managers on contractual responsibilities
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Business Management.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in B2B sales of Furniture & Dcor experience & Contracts Management
- Considerable experience in negotiating B2B projects and legal/contracts experience, including post-contract issue management
- Demonstrable ability to consolidate operational and commercial feedback for incorporation into contracts
- Proven experience in providing contract reviews and analysis to the business in relation to general contractual matters, including potential or actual disputes
- Expertise in critical areas of compliance, including anti-bribery and corruption, FCPA, third-party management, training and awareness campaigns and executive engagement
- Expertise in commercial & corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, and intellectual property in relation to Retail Projects
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
