Conversational IVR Engineer (Arabic)

We are seeking a skilled Conversational IVR Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, training, and optimizing Conversational IVR systems in Arabic. This role involves working closely with the product manager to create natural, intuitive voice interactions for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and train Conversational IVR systems in Arabic.
• Implement and test dialog flows to enhance user experience.
• Monitor and evaluate Conversational IVR performance, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Conversational IVR technology and natural language processing.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Strong background in software engineering and experience with Conversational IVR systems.
• Knowledge of ASR, STT, NLU, TTS engines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Previous experience with conversational AI is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
