Summary
As the CRO Manager for Digital Channels, you will be responsible for improving the conversion
rates on our website, mobile app, and other digital platforms. You will lead efforts to identify
optimization opportunities, develop strategies, and execute tests to enhance user experience
and drive increased conversions. This role is pivotal in maximizing the return on our digital
marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights:
o Analyses digital data analytics and backend data points to uncover customer behavior insights.
o Utilize digital data analytics and advanced statistical techniques to uncover insights into customer behavior.
o Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise data-driven strategies for enhancing customer engagement and boosting conversions.
o Generate visualizations and reports to convey findings and suggest actionable recommendations.
o Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to detect patterns and anomalies in the data.
o Optimize processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
o Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytical models and strategies.
Data-Driven Conversion Rate Improvement:
o Develop action plans to drive digital sales and enhance the end-to-end lead closure process.
o Lead experimentation efforts to drive continuous improvements in revenue and KPIs.
o Implement rigorous CRO testing methodologies to optimize conversion rates and business outcomes.
Testing and Experimentation:
o Lead A/B testing initiatives aimed at boosting digital sales and improving
conversion rates.
o Iterate strategies based on test results to achieve and exceed KPI goals.
User Experience Enhancement:
o Collaborate with design and development teams to improve user experience based on data-driven insights.
o Identify pain points in the user journey and make data-backed recommendations for a seamless conversion funnel.
Conversion Funnel Management:
o Analyses and optimize each step of the conversion funnel using data-driven insights.
o Implement strategies to streamline the conversion process and increase sales.
Campaign Optimization:
o Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance with a focus on conversion rates.
o Identify underperforming campaigns and optimize them for better conversion rates.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting, messaging, and creatives aligned with conversion rate optimization strategies.
Email and SMS Marketing Optimization:
o Oversee and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
o Utilize data-driven analysis to refine messaging, segmentation, and timing for enhanced performance.
o Implement A/B testing and other strategies for continuous improvement.
Competitive Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices for conversion optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related roles
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture)
Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and tools
Familiarity with UX design principles and best practices
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and project management skills
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies
Experience with CRO software and tools (e.g., Clarity, Optimizely, VWO).
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Conversion Rate Optimization
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development
Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industry
