Activities
- As a cook you are the first point of contact for employees in the kitchen;
- You are also responsible for the preparation of dishes;
- You are responsible for time management of the incoming receipts. You ensure that these are prepared on a tight schedule, so that all guests can eat well;
- All Bastion Hotels have the same menu;
- You provide leadership and guidance to the kitchen staff;
- You provide a clean kitchen every day that meets the hygiene requirements.
Must-haves
- A chef's training (or other relevant training), for example basic cook or cook level 1, 2 or 3 is an advantage but not a must;
- You are at the start of your career, we work a lot with standards and are happy to teach you how to work with our concept;
- You have a great sense of responsibility, you work as a cook together with your team but take the lead if necessary;
- You are communicatively skilled, you provide a nice working atmosphere;
- You work neatly, hygiene in the kitchen is very important to you.
