Collaborate with engineers and architects to create detailed drawings and plans for construction projects.- Review and analyze project specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to gather information and update drawings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drawings and plans.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design and construction details.
Provide support to project managers and other team members as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest drafting software and techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and organize drawing files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any issues or concerns.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.REVIT
& AUTOCADD and other drafting software. Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordination draughtsman role.
- Relevant industry certifications such as REVIT Technician or Draughtsman.
* Knowledge of construction and architectural practices.
