Job Description

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordination Manager to join our team. The Coordination Manager will be essential in ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners. This role will facilitate the seamless flow of information, streamline processes, and ensure that projects are executed efficiently, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination of various projects and initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all coordination activities for projects, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement coordination strategies to support project execution and streamline processes
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather input and provide project updates
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes, ensuring they are accessible to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify coordination needs and promote best practices for effective teamwork
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration on project objectives
  • Prepare and distribute regular updates on project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout all coordination efforts
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance coordination skills among team members

Requirements


  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment
