The ideal candidate should have managed a fleet of 100+ vehicles, possess a good knowledge of UAE roads, comprehensive understanding of vehicle tracking systems and electronic logging devices, along with a proven ability to deliver safety awareness programs and simplify vehicle maintenance processes.
- To manage the operations and performance of companys vehicles and drivers.
To ensure the vehicles and drivers are being utilized to their fullest potential in a safe and cost-effective manner.
To develop efficient and profitable driver schedules and routes to maximize profits.- To manage drivers working hours, delivery schedule, attendance, behavior and performance.
To mentor, coach, and reward drivers for their performance.
- Provide drivers with routes and delivery information and maintain constant communication with them.
Training drivers on smart driving and risk management protocols, safety standards, and other important procedures is essential for ensuring the safety of drivers, passengers and products.
