Job Description

Provide high-level administrative skills to the Owner, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and taking minutes, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient document control system. Ensure all documents, including contracts, reports, and project plans, are accurately filed, updated, and easily accessible. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring data security and integrity.
Serve as a primary point of contact clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects and collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of BOQ, processes, and pricing.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in social media is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,
  • 00 - AED3,500.00 per month
