Main Job Purpose
Responsible for coordinating the business Development, and Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
Accountabilities
Business Development:
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems for corporate agreement, documents, and reservation.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Assist the corporate customer in booking process through calls or email.
- Deal with customer complaints or issues.
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Work on filtering leads.
- Preparing files for credit and cash invoicing.
