Main Job Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating the business Development, and Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
Accountabilities:
Business Development:
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems for corporate agreement, documents, and reservation.
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Assist the corporate customer in booking process through calls or email.
Deal with customer complaints or issues.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Prepare reports as required.
Work on filtering leads.
Preparing files for credit and cash invoicing.
