Responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to expand the company's reach within the corporate sector. You will identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions that deliver value.
Main duties:
-Develop a deep understanding of the training and development challenges faced by different industries.
-Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
-Effectively present and tailor our training solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
-Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners
-Track sales progress, analyze data, and identify new business opportunities.
-Collaborate with internal teams (Learning and development, marketing) to ensure successful deal execution.
-Achieve sales targets for corporate deals.
-Regularly pursuing new unassigned direct client accounts and reviewing new business opportunities
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or a related field.
-Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B and B2C environment.
Strong understanding of the corporate training and education market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
