We are now seeking a talented and driven Corporate Communications Manager to join our team and enhance our brand presence, credibility, and awareness.
Role Description: This is a full-time role based in Dubai. The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for managing press releases, strategic communications, media relations, partnerships, and corporate communications. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing robust communication strategies to unify communication channels and foster a cohesive brand voice and identity.
- Handling media inquiries and securing media opportunities such as editorials, podcasts, awards, etc., for the company and its executives.
- Establishing and nurturing relevant partnerships.
- Writing blogs and articles for publication on our website.
- Creating and executing creative campaigns, including viral reels, educational content, and X-spaces, and collaborating with relevant influencers.
- Crafting impactful executive-level communications to convey the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Driving comprehensive thought leadership programs, including CSR initiatives, and positioning key executives as industry experts through speaking engagements, op-ed articles, and industry partnerships.
- Leading the creation of all outward-facing communications, including the company website, SEO optimization, media kits, newsletters, press releases, and corporate branding materials.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive crisis communication plan to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Monitoring and analyzing industry trends, the competitive landscape, and stakeholder sentiment to proactively identify opportunities and address issues.
- Providing strategic counsel to senior leadership on communications, reputation management, and crisis response.
- Developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies, including creative internal campaigns (e.g., The Reset Room, Blessings in a Box, Anonymous Admirer, Employee of the Month, Fandom Day, Jeopardy).
- Acting as a liaison between management and employees to foster positive relationships and address employee concerns.
- Monitoring and analyzing employee feedback and engagement to improve communication effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, extroverted personality, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in public relations, corporate communications, strategic communications, and media relations.
- Ability to create effective press releases, blog posts, and other content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience and interest in technology, fintech, and emerging tech (especially web3).
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Experience in crisis management and issues management.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
