Role Summary
The Senior Manager Corporate Communications at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that strengthen the organization's brand, enhance external engagement, and align messaging with the company's business objectives. The role involves managing public relations and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. A key objective of the role is to secure media coverage and free publicity to promote each brand.
ROLE PROFILE
- Develop and execute strategies to secure high-quality earned media coverage across broadcast, print, digital, and social channels.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with media contacts and influencers to maximize brand exposure.
- Act as the primary liaison between the brand and key internal and external stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Public Relations efforts with marketing, sales, and event objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute impactful Public Relations stunts, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and drive strong media coverage and public engagement.
- Partner with creative, marketing, and production teams to plan and deliver memorable activations that resonate with target audiences.
- Plan, organize, and oversee media events, red carpets, press screenings, and brand-related festivals.
- Coordinate with event teams to develop standout experiences, from venue selection to program development and guest management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Public Relations or corporate communications.
- Experience in media or public relations agencies is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of branding processes and tools.
