bnbme Holiday Homes is a premier luxury short-term rental management company, managing high-end properties in key markets such as Dubai and Riyadh. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and unparalleled guest experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager who is fluent in Arabic to join our team and manage our key property owner accounts.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager to oversee performance reviews and manage client relations with property owners. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, have excellent communication skills, and a strong background in account management or client relations, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with property owners to discuss occupancy rates, revenue, and overall property performance.

- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking property owners, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance, market trends, and actionable insights to property owners.

- Contract Management: Manage property owner contracts, ensuring all terms are adhered to and negotiating renewals as necessary.

- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from property owners to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the relevant departments.

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to develop strategies to enhance property performance and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sectors.

- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.

- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

- Travel: Willingness to travel to Dubai and Riyadh as required.
