- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests.
- Understand clients businesses and provide innovative ideas for improvement.
- Lead negotiations and develop subscription plans.
*Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a B2B Sales Specialist in HR-integrated solutions or outsourcing is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to work outdoor in case of meetings.
