Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the implementation of Credit Approval terms, conditions & limits:
  • Review the transactional documents (withdrawal requests, invoices, purchase and supply orders, contracts and export documents) and scanning them to be saved.
  • Verify the documents of indirect facilities received from branches including proper signature verification and the branch stamp.
  • Book the contracts on system starting from specifying the kind of product till the disbursement.
  • Inform branch and business concerned parties when the credit facility amount is disbursed.
  • Communicate with Credit Control to request sublimit up-dates (increase or decrease) according to the Head instructions.
  • Execute renew /reduce or change the pledged collateral and ensure that the form is valid according to branch change request.
  • Communicate with business and risk as per Head instructions to rectify with clients the discrepancies found in the documents or to set limit approvals.
  • Execute syndication finance through reviewing contract details (participation amount profit rate, payment mechanism grace & availability periods tenor & related drawdown's).
  • Calculate the profit related to each client for the purpose of ensuring that they are correct and free of errors.
  • Coordinate with remittance and treasury back office to process foreign transfers and products deals.
  • Respond to branch inquiries to ensure that all problems are solved and customer satisfaction is enhanced.
  • Prepare monthly reports for accrual profits reconciliation and accrued profit for corporate customers who granted direct facilities.
  • Execute UAT testing and review the results to ensure correct implementation.
  • Investigate to solve received complaints in cooperation with Consumer Rights Protection Compliance & Governance in accordance with the policies and procedures and identified SLA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree

Minimum Experience:

  • Junior Officer: 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Officer: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • Preferred previous internship experience/ university activities
  • Very good command of MS Word & MS Excel
