Job Purpose
Maintain a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of new and existing clients. Ensure all clients receive effective professional communication on their business implementation and after-sales care. Obtain up-to-date information from the GROs and government departments. Encourage changes for internal processes to maximise service times and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Structuring
- Process UAE formations, deregistrations, and liquidations as well as any related licence amendments in both onshore and free zone jurisdictions
- Monitoring a renewal schedule of free zone companies and liaising with the client on the procedures and requirements.
- Drafting and reviewing incorporation forms and procedure summaries required towards the setup of UAE vehicles, amendments, license renewals, liquidations, and deregistrations.
- Liaise with internal and external legal counsel to expedite the production of incorporation, amendment, deregistration, and liquidation documents.
- Arranging the issuance of extracts, certificates and other corporate documents and subsequently arranging the requisite attestation and legalization by the relevant authorities or consulates.
- Maintaining client entity records in line with operational procedures.
- Accountable for all important and secure client documents, their location and safety.
General Responsibilities
- Assist with enquiries and research as required, updating knowledge base where required.
- Liaise with PROs to analyse licence activity requirements, ensuring that all such information is accurate and recorded.
- Research industry-related publications and announcements
- Protect the organisation's values by keeping information confidential.
- Managing the client's requests, liaising directly with the clients, and keeping them updated on the transactionstatus.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Working with company CRM and maintaining information correctly.
- Liaise with other staff members effectively, to complete the assigned tasks.
- Advise and guide other staff members.
- Complete all general administration in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the department is compliant with ISO9001:2015 and other group policies/processes and initiatives.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Team.
- Identify processes that need to be implemented or improved in the work management system (Boombirds).
- Create and manage all processes through work management system (Boombirds).
- Complete ad hoc special projects as and when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Three years of relevant industry experience with UAE company set ups.
- IT competency (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Educated at diploma or A level.
