Job Title : Corporate & syndicated lending - Principal Engineer (Technology)
- Primary owner and subject matter expert
- Overseeing system functionality, upgrades, integrations, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand the goals and translate them into technical requirements and system features
- Monitor the performance of the Loan Portfolio management application/other lending applications and ensuring system reliability, data accuracy and user satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure that the application adheres to data security standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Oversight on Demand Management & Release Milestones
- Managing and coordinating cross-services deliveries
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java) and frameworks and strong knowledge of database technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices architecture
- Proficient in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
