We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cost Analyst and Business Development Executive in the Pest Control industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, coupled with experience in business development within the pest control sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze cost factors related to pest control services, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.- Develop and maintain cost models to accurately estimate project costs and pricing strategies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in operational processes to improve profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of cost management initiatives.
Prepare regular cost reports and presentations for management review. Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the pest control industry, including property management companies, commercial facilities, and residential complexes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market share and increase revenue.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients, addressing their specific pest control needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost analysis and business development, preferably in the pest control industry or related field.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and perform cost-benefit analysis.
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
UAE driving license
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and Arabic is a plus.
