Please be informed that we have urgent requirement for Cost Control Engineer - Saudi Nationalities for Jeddah location.

Job Summary:

Monitoring and controlling costs for all projects, providing support in planning, monitoring, analysis, and preparing special reports on project costs, and forecasting changes in the project budget.

1.Implementing management-specific policies and procedures.

2. Implementing management initiatives and projects.

3. Assisting in planning, monitoring, analysis, and controlling project costs, and regularly providing project-related reports on cost control.

4. Assist in developing project cost control plans, procedures, systems, and tools used to determine the potential cost scope, project schedule, and reporting.

5. Assisting in all requests for changes in the established total cost and the impact on the schedule. 6. Adhering to approved plans for each project to ensure compliance with costs and performance for the agreed-upon scope of work in all project functions.

7. Monitoring all fixed and variable costs.

8. Reviewing direct and indirect cost items and identifying cost centers for each project, allocating each project to its respective cost center.

9. Contributing to the process of preparing monthly and annual cost forecasts.

10. Assist in identifying and analyzing deviations from the project budget, their causes, risk analysis, and raising the necessary reports, as well as suggesting corrective and preventive actions.

11. Provide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other functions in his or her competence.
