Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best deals.- Monitor Outlet operation concerning the entire Food and beverage procurement process, inventory turnover, and Storing procedure.
Managing All Inventory transactions under the ERP system.
- Collaborate with chefs and Outlet managers to understand and fulfill product requirements.
Manage inventory PAR levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.- Maintain Multiple (minimum 3 three) supplier options for all purchasing products.
Ensure all purchases are under the budget.
- Prepare and share Purchase, and Consumption reports mid of the month.
Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of supplies.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and gradually conduct market research.
- Conduct Warehouse, Store, and Outlet spot checks.
Provide training and support to BOH and FOH Staff on cost control and procurement procedures.- Monitor and analyze the F&B department's financial performance.
Implement cost-saving measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct live kitchen & Central Kitchen recipe audit and Emphasize team to follow standard recipe.
Conduct regular audits of inventory, sales, and expenses.- Prepare COGS reports and present findings to management.
Prepare Variance Analysis Report with findings and action plan.
- Prepare Menu Engineering and brand Competitor market analysis.
Configure all inventory data under the ERP system.- Menu Development and Configure Menu Item Prices in Point of Sale.
Recipe development and integration with menu items.
- Maintain a cost control system and procedures under the ERP system.
Implement and monitor cost control measures across various departments.- Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement and cost control activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Participate in monthly financial review meetings with management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytics and reporting skills.
Proficient in inventory management software (ERP & POS) and Microsoft Office- Odoo & Foodics is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have high-level attention to detail.
Knowledge of financial principles and cost control methods.- Strength attitude towards target.
Flexible with work timings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and within a team to promote an environment of teamwork.
Bachelor of Commerce or Similar or 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major
At least 3 years experience at the same role with an up-scale (4/5 Star) hospitality environment.·
