Job Description
Monitor inventory and maintain safety stock levels.
Oversee purchase orders and procurement plan.
Track the project execution plan and identify deviations.
Review daily labor records, petty cash, contractor statements, and inventory documents.
Code work orders, contractor statements, labor, and inventory items.
Conduct periodic and surprise inventory audits in coordination with the direct supervisor.
Direct items to cost centers.
Identify and analyze deviations, propose preventive measures to address current or future risks, and report to the direct supervisor.
Prepare reports for the direct supervisor whenever needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance, or Engineering in related field.
Prviouse work experince (2-4 Years) in similar post
Good knowledge of ERP software
Attention to details.
Good with numbers.
