Job Summary:
As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall cost control activities. You will work closely with the finance team, F&B Department and other departments to ensure that all business operations are cost-effective and in line with the company's budget. Your main goal will be to maximize profits and minimize expenses while maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency,.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
Reviewing department requests, store requests, along with forecasted consumptions and maintaining stock level with needed minimum and maximum stock level.
Issuing Daily flash cost report, and month end food & beverage reconciliation.
Monitor and analyze financial data, Menu Engineering to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Review and approve all invoices and expenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to budget,
Conduct regular audits and market survey to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets for their respective areas.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and present them to management.

Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and provide input on cost projections.
Identify and investigate any variances in budgeted vs. actual costs and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in cost control.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field,
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, as F&B Cost Controller.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost control techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial software, such as SAP, is a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
