Cost Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a Cost Estimation Engineer to work in our PMS project in Khobar in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role is accountable for the management of the project controls team deployed on various projects. Management team who acts on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) and delivers the program of projects.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• At least eight (8) years of experience; experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Capable of evaluating and consulting on project cost estimation and forecasting issues and problems.
• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field.
