We are looking for a highly experienced Cost Estimator with a proven track record in the building maintenance and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE market and possess exceptional skills in quantity take-off, pricing, and cost estimation.
Accurately estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment for building maintenance and construction projects.- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on sketches, drawings, and site information provided by the team.
Develop competitive pricing strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
- Collaborate with the project team to gather accurate project requirements.
Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine the scope of work and resource needs.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and labor rates.
Prepare comprehensive cost reports and presentations for management.
Proven experience in cost estimation for building maintenance and construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of quantity take-off procedures from sketches and drawings.
Excellent knowledge of the UAE market and construction industry.- Proficient in estimating software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9 hours per day, 1 day off per week.
