Prepare and present cost reports to management and clients.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cost Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, and project management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in cost estimation software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
