Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Counter Shipping Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and dispatching customer orders in a fast-paced shipping department. Key duties include:

Handling import and export shipments.

Release Shipping Documents.

Calculate and collect applicable charges.

Solves Customers issues over the counter.

Clear outstanding invoices and issues.

Maintain Customers waiting time to targets levels.

- Receiving and processing customer orders received via phone, email, or online

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in a counter shipping or customer service role

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency with shipping software

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
