Job Title: Country Sales Manager

Years of Experience: 10-15 years

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager with a strong background in selling off- the-shelf software products for the banking sectors. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record of successfully selling country-level software solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to travel extensively in Middle East and a sound understanding of software pricing at this level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in Saudi Arabia.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand Azentio Software's presence in the region.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective management of the sales pipeline and timely closure of deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10-15 years of proven experience as a Country Sales Manager or similar role in the BSFI technical or software industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally internationally as required.
