Crane Operator

Job Description:

Provide the technicians and operators with instructions and directions, to guide and support the technicians about troubleshooting, repairing methods, efficiency and services quality.

Assign and instruct technician on-site job and breakdowns.

Follow-up with onsite and breakdown calls.

Ensure all the jobs are carried out by technician as per manufacturer recommendation and right parts are used.

Control of maintenance protocol and field service report and to take corrective & preventive action as and when a deviation is found.

Responsible for daily planning of workshop.

Follow up of pending parts.

Ensures that customer commissioned services are carried out so that customer expectations and requirements are met. Test the Crane / Equipment before sending to customer site.

Inspection and test of off-hired machines.
