Role: Crane Technician - Offshore/Marine
Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on offshore cranes and lifting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring all operations comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) guidelines.
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of crane components.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety checks conducted.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to coordinate crane activities, ensuring minimal disruption to offshore operations.
Training & Certification: Stay updated on industry practices and obtain necessary certifications related to offshore crane operations and safety.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to equipment failures or emergencies, ensuring quick resolution to avoid operational delays.
