Expectation:

Creative Design Architect responsible for designing and creating innovative, functional, and visually appealing spaces, and environments.

Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements, developing design concepts, and producing detailed drawings and specifications.

Creative Design Architects also stay updated with industry trends and technologies to incorporate new ideas into their designs.

They may work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and public buildings, and must ensure that their designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities of a Creative Design Architect include:

Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.

Able to identify dead spaces in design and work on a proposal to active these spaces creatively in design in mall developments

Able to develop design guidelines and manuals with design intention, finishes and materials of mall developments.

Able to prepare and present mood boards, creative designs with selection of material for Client approvals

Developing design concepts that reflect the client's vision, budget, and timeline.

Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, Indesign and Canva proficiency

Presenting design proposals to clients, explaining design decisions, and incorporating feedback.

Working with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet technical and regulatory standards.

Researching and incorporating sustainable design principles and practices into projects.

Keeping abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.

A Creative Design Architect should have several years of experience in architectural design, commercial public spaces like malls.

They should have strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential, as Creative Design Architects work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to bring design visions to life.

Undertake additional tasks as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
