BSS Resources Management is a dynamic project management company managing a diverse range of brands in retail, F&B, and digital-related businesses and services. We are on the lookout for a talented Creative Designer to join our vibrant team.
Design, execute, and adapt visuals according to briefs from various stakeholders.- Possess strong knowledge in design, including typography, layout, color combinations, and art direction.
Collaborate closely with marketing, branding teams, and other stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior designers, offering guidance, feedback, and direction.
Stay updated with design trends and current demographic behaviors.- Translate briefs into compelling visual art direction.
3-5 years of professional experience in a graphic or multimedia environment.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual art direction.
- Experience with motion graphics, photography, and video production is a plus.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and adapt well to a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
