Creative Designer in our office in Amman
Responsibilities
- Producing creative concepts across social media, print, outdoor campaigns, events, and website assets that are in line with the demands of the brief.
- Developing rough drafts of concepts and presenting these to the Creative Design Manager, projects stake holders, Head of Brand and CMO.
- Collaborating with other creatives in the Marketing Team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding.
- Keeping the Creative Design Manager up to date about project progress.
- Ensuring that a design project remains within scope and on time.
- Keeping up to date with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments and technologies in software tools.
- Developing solutions to work with AI tools to fasten workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Liaising with external parties, such as printers and event organizers for instance.
- Presenting final design concepts and creative thinking.
Skills & Competencies
- Creative storytelling. Someone who has a solid knowledge of media production and communication.
- World-class creativity. Creative thinking to devise original and exciting visual concepts that communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Bi-lingual. A high percentage of our content is produced in English and Arabic.
- Accuracy at pace. The ideal candidate should produce artwork to a high standard to pixel-perfect precision. We are looking for someone who sweats every detail, who will actively proof their work and catch errors before presenting artwork at creative reviews.
- Project management. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, as we work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-starter. The ideal candidate is someone who actively looks for ways to consistently bring value to the team in any way possible.
- The ability to adapt, including shaping their ideas to meet, and exceed, the brief.
- Solid knowledge of design software, such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- The ability to integrate AI tools within the design process and workflow.
- Excellent teamworking skills to effectively collaborate with other creatives.
- An understanding of the application of design across various digital and social platforms.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing creative concepts in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team or agency environment.
- Comprehensive portfolio that highlights expertise in graphics design.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop & Illustrator is a must).
