Job Summary
As a Creative Designer, your primary responsibility will be developing and executing brand identity and visual content across a variety of touchpoints, ensuring alignment with both the client's and Saatchi & Saatchi's high standards. You will bring brand storytelling to life through audio-visual media, applying your expertise in brand design, content creation, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver visually engaging brand identity projects from concept to completion.
- Design and execute agile, integrated, cross-channel content that turns creative concepts into reality swiftly and effectively.
- Work independently on design only projects while collaborating with internal teams for larger campaigns.
- Produce social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube using multiple formats.
- Ensure the application of design principles such as the golden ratio, rule of thirds, color theory, typography, and layout to enhance brand storytelling.
- Create high-quality visual assets including logos, storyboards, animations, and video editing for social media, print, and digital channels.
- Ensure seamless alignment between brand positioning and user experience.
- Take ownership of projects from concept phase through to realization, maintaining brand consistency across all assets.
- Technical & Creative Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience within an agency or in-house creative team (freelance experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of brand identity design principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma.
- Expertise in video editing, animation, image manipulation, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create and communicate compelling concepts with smart rationale to back them up.
- Strong knowledge of digital design best practices and guidelines, with an understanding of different audiences and marketing platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- A creative visionary with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to collaborate closely with content and strategy teams to ensure a holistic brand experience.
