Your Daily Adventures:
Creative Leadership & Management
Inspire, guide, and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects meet design goals, timelines, and budgets.
Translate marketing objectives into engaging, impactful creative strategies that maintain visual and brand standards.
Strategic Communication Oversight
Develop and execute high-level creative guidelines based on project goals and competitive analysis.
Lead the creation of key visual assets, including campaign visuals, logos, trailers, and website content, ensuring alignment with the company's standards.
Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to align creative output with campaign objectives, ensuring consistency across all media.
Client Collaboration & Quality Control
Oversee client pitches, presentations, and proposals, clearly articulating creative ideas and solutions.
Collaborate with both internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with brand vision and quality standards.
Provide feedback on team deliverables to uphold company's high standards and achieve impactful, cohesive results.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 5-10 years in a senior creative role, with experience in team leadership and project management.
- Creative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a creative team, delivering strategic and visually engaging campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma. Knowledge of no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow) and AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) is a plus.
- Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of creative guidelines, editorial strategy, and campaign processes, with skills in competitive analysis and audience targeting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients, team members, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
