Responsibilities
Inspires, leads and motivates the creative team creating a sense of pride throughout the agency
Aims to ensure the on and offline teams are integrated forming a cohesive creative department
Responsible for the working wheel within the Creative groups in the department
Working closely with the client services teams to grow existing business organically
To share strength, knowledge and experience in different product markets with all team members
Through demonstration will instruct and teach Art Directors, Junior Art Directors OR Copywriters and Junior Copywriters (depends on your background ie Copy or Art)
Utilizes personal strengths to aide and develop the already existing strengths of team members.
To feed and bounce strategic working ideas with all team members
Works closely with the Account Management team on pitches and existing clients
Winning new business as part of the agency pitch team
Ensuring timelines are both given and adhered to
Ensuring your creative team/brand team adequately contributes to the profitability of the Agency.
Ensuring the traffic process for all your jobs is effectively managed
Mastering digital and pushing for integrated solutions where there is the opportunity
Integrate digital knowledge and skills into each employee in creative department/team and creative product and drive digital on all clients and briefs as part of daily work
Manages his/her own workflow and ensure a high standard of quality for all work; as well as nurturing and growing your creative team
To keep informed about current advertising and creative campaigns as well as social trends that are relevant to consumers and especially those in the Middle East
Finds proactive and creative solutions to problems that arise eg client has limited budget so come up with an idea that works and fits the budget
Ensuring creative output is consistently excellent from a conceptual and executional perspective across all platforms, all work will be signed-off by the CD
